Casagrande supports young talents through the “Un ponte tra scuola e impresa” initiative
Casagrande took part in the “Un ponte tra scuola e impresa” initiative, promoted by the Istituto Tecnico Tecnologico Kennedy in Pordenone, with the aim of supporting talent, enhancing technical education and contributing to the development of the local area.
The project was created to strengthen the dialogue between the education system and the local industrial network, offering students concrete opportunities for career guidance, professional growth and closer contact with the world of work.
Casagrande firmly believes that collaboration between schools and the manufacturing sector is a strategic asset for enhancing human capital and preparing students for the future challenges of the industry. Investing in technical education means contributing to the development of qualified skills, which are essential to support the evolution of the sector and the competitiveness of the local territory.
The project was managed directly by Antonella Santarossa, CHRO of Casagrande, with the goal of turning this collaboration into a tangible opportunity for students. Thanks to the initiative and the contribution of several local companies, forty scholarships were also awarded to the most deserving students.
Through its participation in “Un ponte tra scuola e impresa”, Casagrande confirms its commitment to supporting education, talent and the professional future of young people, promoting an increasingly strong synergy between schools, businesses and the local community.
