Deep foundation works are in progress at a new residential complex in Belgrade, Serbia, where bored piles are being executed to support the reinforced concrete structure in variable subsoil conditions typical of the area.

The project features a Casagrande CB20 piling rig, configured for bored piling with pull-down winch, drilling 1000 mm diameter piles to a depth of 20 m without casing. This application highlights the machine’s suitability for urban residential developments requiring precise and controlled foundation execution.

This CB20 represents a major milestone for Casagrande: it is the very first CB20 ever manufactured and the first machine of the new Casagrande CB Series. The rig is operating on site with a special livery originally developed for Bauma 2025, bringing the launch identity of the new series directly into real jobsite conditions.

Thanks to Hidrooprema, our valued client, for choosing the CB20 for this landmark project, and to our Serbian agent, Mil & Mil. Co. for supporting the deployment of the very first CB20.
