Costruzioni Bordignon s.r.l. together with C.O.SPE are executing about 2,500 rigid-inclusion displacement piles (Ø 620 mm). The foundation program runs from October to December 2025, with the piles mainly having a depth of 8 m.

The jobsite features one B275XP-2 piling rig equipped in Displacement-Piles arrangement for full-displacement pile installation. The setup includes an H30 rotary head allowing 29 m drilling depth with 8.5 m kelly extension, remote monitoring via FleetMaster, and full data recording through CDR. Auxiliary equipment includes a C400 crane (40 t max capacity) and a CCP-80 crawler concrete pump by SEBHSA.
