C7XP-2 Crawler Drill for CFA Micropiles on SP21 Road Reinforcement
At the SP21 provincial road in the Sassoleone area (Italy), CFA micropiles are executed to improve soil bearing capacity and stabilize the road platform in hilly terrain. The intervention addresses local settlement issues and ensures long-term structural reliability for the infrastructure.
The Casagrande C7XP-2 crawler drill is the key equipment for these special foundation works. Designed for micropiles, anchors, and small-diameter deep foundations, the C7XP-2 combines a compact footprint with a heavy-duty mast and EP electro-proportional rotary head, allowing precise control of torque, speed, and drilling parameters during CFA execution.
The C7XP-2 is a crawler drill specifically designed for micropiles and CFA foundation works, providing reliable drilling control and consistent operation in civil and infrastructure projects. We would like to thank Zini Elio for using our equipment on this special foundation site.
