Casagrande B250 XP-2 for bored piles at the MÚK Aviatická interchange
Casagrande B250 XP-2 for bored piles at the MÚK Aviatická interchange in Prague, Czech Republic.
The works are part of the first stage of the D7 MÚK Aviatická–MÚK Ruzyně upgrade on road I/7, immediately adjacent to Václav Havel Airport Prague. The project includes the reconstruction of 1,080 m of the main route, eight new interchange ramps, two collector-distributor carriageways and two new bridges.
SWIETELSKY is operating a Casagrande B250 XP-2 configured for rotary bored piles. The equipment uses a telescopic Kelly bar and casing-handling systems to excavate and temporarily support the boreholes for the bridge foundations within a restricted working area beside live highway traffic.
Thank you to SWIETELSKY for choosing Casagrande equipment for the MÚK Aviatická project.
